SCAD-Atlanta Artist's Book Competition Winners

 


Congratulations to the 4th Annual Student Artist’s Book Competition Award winners!
Prof. Julie Mueller Brown's Book I class fared extremely well in this competition; six books were entered and all six made it into the exhibition, with two winning top awards!


1st Place: Connor Kirk, Printmaking, “2/2/11 - 2/28/11”
2nd Place: Grant Hanna, Illustration, “Metamorphosis”
3rd Place: Kit Race, Illustration, “Jacob’s Ladder” (Illustration Program Coordinator Rick Lovell accepted the award for Kit)
Honorable Mention: Ashley Schick, Printmaking, “Dispersed Proportions”
Librarians’ Choice Award: Michelle Cornelison, Printmaking, “Ruth’s Story”

The other Illustration students who have work in the exhibition are:
Nazanin Kani, AeRi Yoon, Sojung Yu and Obekr Orhan.

The winning entries are on display in the library until April 28th.
